Swim in a natural pool under a waterfall
Not the ordinary hike. Crystal Pools Pools starts around the corner at the start of Clarence Drive. An intermediate hike of about 45 minutes brings you the first natural pool with a waterfall. After that, the sports enthusiasts among us can go a little further up for the 2nd pool with waterfall. Not climbed enough yet? There is a third with a beautiful view of the area. Permits are required, and can be bought at Pitstop Lodge, to access the trails which are closed from May to the end of October due to winter flooding.
