Driving Directions
Please don’t use Google Maps or your GPS for the last part of your journey!
From Cape Town Airport
- Take the N2 towards Somerset;
- After Somerset drive towards Sir Lowry’s Pass/Grabouw;
- Just before Sir Lowry’s Road to Gordon’s Bay, there is a Shell Gas station on the right. Exit Firlands;
- Turn into the exit for the Shell Gas Station (Firlands) and immediately in front of you is a brown sign indicating the direction to Wind-Rose Guest house;
- Continue 600 meters on that road and you will see another Wind-Rose sign indicating a turn to the left;
- Follow the gravel road for three hundred meters and you will see another Wind-Rose sign indicating a turn to the left;
- 60 meters up the gravel road you will come to a Y-junction with another Wind-Rose sign. Bear right and another 200 meters will bring you to the last sign indicating a right hand turn;
- At the security gate press 22 on the intercom for access. Continue 600 meters down the road to Wind-Rose Guest house on the right.
From Grabouw
- Take the N2 towards Somerset;
- After coming down over Sir Lowry’s Pass just after the traffic lights to Gordon’s Bay, there is a Shell Gas station on the left. Exit Firlands;
- Turn into the exit for the Shell Gas Station (Firlands) and immediately in front of you is a brown sign indicating the direction to Wind-Rose Guest house;
- Continue 600 meters on that road and you will see another Wind-Rose sign indicating a turn to the left;
- Follow the gravel road for three hundred meters and you will see another Wind-Rose sign indicating a turn to the left;
