Best Price Guarantee
We always offer a 10% discount for direct bookings via the website or by e-mail. However, we also use the best price guarantee. This means when you found a lower price for our accommodation somewhere else, you can send us a print screen and we will offer you a better price!
Long - long - long stay
We have special rates for guests that want to stay for a longer period (e.g. workation or the so called swallows that come to South-Africa for the summer). It’s a self catering rate. We then clean only once a week and change the linen and the towels.
You are allowed to use the kitchen of the guest-house after we are ready with serving breakfast.

Breakfast package can be arranged if you want to leave early.

Terms and conditions
- All rooms are non-smoking. We do allow smoking in the garden;
- Pets are not allowed;
- No parties/events, unless agreed
- No visitors allowed, unless agreed
- quiet hours are between 22h00 and 08h00
Cancellation Policy
- In case of cancellation 14 days or less before arrival, the full booking amount is due;
- In case of cancellation between 15 and 30 days before arrival, 50% of the booking total is due;
- If canceled more than 30 days before arrival, the full amount will be refunded
