What we offer

The Yoga retreat is from Friday evening 15 May until Friday afternoon 22 May 2020. It's also possible to book just for the weekend from Friday evening 15 May until Sunday afternoon 17 May 2020.

Next to the yoga classes every day there will be an evening meditation to prepare you for a good night sleep. We organise workshops like Anti Stress meditation and Ayurveda food. Of course we also would like you to enjoy the beautiful surrounding of Gordon's Bay. We will for instance go hiking in the area and when you book a whole week we will have a small game drive combined with wine tasting. There also will be time to just Relax, Enjoy & Unwind. The full program is available on request.

Price includes: accommodation, yoga- and meditation classes, workshops, activities and transport. For the weekend 2 diners and 1 lunch is included. For the week 5 diners and 4 lunches are included.

Massage, other treatments and personal coaching sessions can be booked on request at extra costs.

About the Yoga teacher

Ryan has been practicing yoga for 20 years, and teaching for 11. He has a background in psychology (having studied at UJ), with a specialisation in anxienty, stress, anger, addiction, and trauma. Ryan is a clinical hypnotherapist, Reiki healer, meditation facilitator, certified bereavement counselor, and life coach. Ryan is certified as an ISHTA yoga teacher (IYF, YTF) and Kundalini Yoga Teacher (IKYTA), as well as a trainer and registrar of those wishing to become yoga teachers.
