Yoga at Wind Rose is calming, a bit invigorating, quiet, and peaceful - and allows you to stretch, enhance basic strength, and perfect your balance. Deep breathin, basic meditation and mindfulness, as well as time spent with your body - all set in the perfect South African landscape of the Cape Helderberg.

RYAN EDMONDS

Ryan has been practicing yoga for 20 years, and teaching for 11. He has a background in psychology (having studied at UJ), with a specialisation in anxienty, stress, anger, addiction, and trauma. Ryan is a clinical hypnotherapist, Reiki healer, meditation facilitator, certified bereavement counselor, and life coach. Ryan is certified as an ISHTA yoga teacher (IYF, YTF) and Kundalini Yoga Teacher (IKYTA), as well as a trainer and registrar of those wishing to become yoga teachers.
