Cape Point - Southern point of the Peninsula
Cape Point situated at the tip of the Cape Peninsula is a nature reserve within the Table Mountain National Park declared as Natural World Heritage Site. With a rich and varied flora and fauna, buck, baboons and Cape Mountain Zebra as well as over 250 species of birds, Cape Point is a paradise.
Plan a picnic in the park or on the beach, hike or mountain bike, have lunch above the crashing waves of False Bay, or simply catch The Flying Dutchman funicular to some superb lookout points over the Atlantic Ocean.
